Currently, we do not have space available for new businesses. However, we are excited about our future here at Sea-Tac and continue to evaluate new concessions locations.

What is the process?

Sea-Tac is a public facility and leasing is done through a competitive selection process. Should a need arise for filling a location, the Port will issue either an RFQ (Request for Qualification) or RFP (Request for Proposal). These documents detail the minimum requirements, potential usage/concepts we are seeking and will contain all required forms.
